To be what we are, and to become what we are capable of becoming is the only end of life.

Robert Louis Stevenson

Lisa Schouw (BCHC, MA, CMPACFA) is a clinical psychotherapist and experienced counsellor who supports the uniqueness of each individual. She is committed to providing a space where her clients can explore their strengths, fears, hopes, challenges and aspirations.

Lisa believes that good psychotherapy is a continual process of unfolding, which happens within a professional, supportive and safe environment.

"Therapy is not a cure for life, but rather a process in which we learn to know ourselves better. It can provide us with tools to change or soften those aspects of ourselves that undermine our ability to work, love and live rewarding lives."
